International Platform Conversion

Led the localization effort for converting the international platform from ColdFusion to .NET. This included the transition of 18 languages and 180 affiliates across 35 markets. Conducted onsite localization reviews with local market teams. The entire process was completed in three months.

Match Marriage

Led the development and release of the first online marriage product for the Japanese market. Collaborated with local market team in Tokyo, Japan on the design and development of the user interface. Managed development relationship with third-party application development company in Beijing, China. Project completed in four months.
