Full responsibility for the development and management of the product roadmap for Japan, China, Korea and other Asia-Pacific markets. Management of three products:
- Dating
- Marriage (Japan only)
- Mobile
Lanuages supported included Japanese, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Korean and English.
Developed and managed relationship with third-party application development vendor in Beijing, China.

Product optimization:
- Analytics
Managed the design and development of reporting infrastructure, analytics process and dashboards for Asia-Pacific operations. - Registration
Designed and led a series of A/B testing initiatives to optimize registration performance. Results were a 10 percent increase in registration conversion. - Subscription
Designed and led a series of A/B testing initiatives to optimize the subscription flow and conversion. Results were a 20 percent increase in subscription conversion. - Community
Led development of market-specific features and functionality to build community of Match users in both Japan and other Asia-Pacific markets. This included the development of features such as ID Certification, mobile photo upload, and an optimized My Home (returning entry point) experience. Results were significant increases in user-to-user communication as well as higher rates of searches and profile views.
Tools development:
- Content management system (CMS)
Led design and development of proprietary content management system for multi-language platform. Provided the ability for content developers and local market managers to update and release content changes throughout the product. Supported 26 different languages. - Affiliate management system (AMS)
Led design and development of proprietary affiliate management system for multi-language platform. Provided the ability for business owners and content developers to create, manage and release co-branded partnership sites on the platform. Supported more than 200 different affiliates in 26 languages across 35 markets. - Landing page system (LPS)
Led design and development of proprietary landing page system. Provided the ability for local content developers to create, manage and release promotional landing pages. The system used a series of templates which consumed static HTML files which included variables calling specific functionality within the platform. Supported 26 different languages and multiple office locations. Conducted series of onsite training classes throughout both Europe and Asia with Match and third-party personnel.
